Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Processing

• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an instant confirmation email showing that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.
  
  
• Stock Check: We immediately verify stock availability with our distribution partners.

Stock Outcomes:

• In Stock: If the item is available, your payment is processed and your order moves into dispatch preparation.
  
  
• Out of Stock / Backorder: If the item is unavailable, your pre-authorization is voided        and we will contact you by email with options (including lead times or alternatives).

Dispatch & Tracking

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00pm begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm begin processing the next working day.
  
  
• Dispatch Time: In-stock items usually dispatch within 5 working days from the date your order begins processing.
  
  
• Tracking: Once your order leaves the warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
  
  
• No Update? If you have not received tracking or a stock update within 6 working days, please contact us at info@furniturewarehouse.uk.

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Kerbside): Often free across mainland UK. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from the date of order. Items are delivered to the closest accessible point of your property (e.g., kerb, driveway, pavement).
  
  

Additional Delivery Services (where available):

• Threshold Delivery: Brought into your first dry area (porch, garage, or main entrance).
  
  
• Room of Choice / White Glove: Delivered to any room of your choice, with optional minor assembly and packaging removal (availability varies by product and will be shown at checkout).
  

Product-Specific Conditions

Because we work with a range of UK distribution partners, some products may have:

• different lead times,
• specific delivery requirements, or
• two-person or pre-booked delivery processes.
