Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy
1. Return Eligibility

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following situations:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong item
- No longer wanted
- Ordered by mistake
- Preference-based returns
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Our Responsibility
We will cover return shipping costs if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The item develops a verified manufacturing fault within the return window

4. Restocking Fees
We do not currently charge a standard restocking fee.
However, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs from the refund if:

- The item shows signs of use

Any deductions will be clearly communicated after inspection.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:
- Request a return for the original item
- Once approved, place a new order separately
This ensures the fastest processing time.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags
- Include proof of purchase

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.
13. Delivery Services
Standard Delivery (Kerbside)
Standard delivery is often free across mainland UK.
Estimated delivery time:
3–5 working days from order date.
Kerbside delivery means the item is delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property.
Additional Delivery Services
Depending on the product and courier, the following paid upgrades may be available:
Threshold Delivery
Delivery inside the first dry area of the property.
Room of Choice / White Glove Delivery
May include:
- Delivery to a selected room
- Minor assembly
- Packaging removal
Available services vary by product and will be shown at checkout.
